Longmorn 1968 - 2011 G&M Single Cask No.909

This lot contains a very old and rare Longmorn which was distilled in 1968 then matured in a 1st fill sherry butt for an impressive 43 years. It was then botted in June 2011 from cask No.909 for the dutch Van Wees bottle shop by Gordon & MacPhail, yielding 523 bottles.

The colour of this whisky is naturally dark from sherry aging,  has been left unchillfiltered and bottled at 55.4% ABV.
