4 Easy Steps to Sell Whisky
There’s a short form to complete (Download Here) and you’ll have the opportunity to request any reserve prices. Once you’re done, simply print the form and include inside each box you send to us box. No printer? Don’t worry! Just include a list of bottles with your name, address, phone number and email address. If you’d like any reserve prices, please include those too!
Step 1 – SEND YOUR BOTTLES (Download Submission Form)
Please download and complete our Sellers Submission Form. It should be placed inside any box you send to us. The seal on any bottles must be intact. If you are in any doubt about the seal of your bottles please get in touch. We do not accept Champagne, Wine or Port into the auction. Any bottles must be spirits only.
All items for auction must arrive at Just Whisky HQ at the following address:

If you prefer, we can arrange a courier collection using our shipping partners, DHL. To request a collection please get in touch using the form below.
You can also drop the bottles off. Free Parking and Opening Hours (Monday – Friday 10 am -5.30pm, Saturday 10 am – 2 pm)
Step 2 – BOTTLES ENTERED INTO AUCTION
Once we receive your bottles, we’ll provide email confirmation. We’ll go ahead and inspect the bottles, photograph and catalogue the Whisky. Once we’ve done that, you’ll receive a PDF list of all your items with a unique Lot ID. Details of any reserve prices will also be shown on your PDF receipt.
Step 3 – AUCTION GOES LIVE
Now for the exciting part! The auction will go live, and all lots are open for bidding. Each auction runs for 9 days where your lots will be seen by bidders all over the World. You can track the current bid price on all your lots from your account area, or you can just type the Lot ID into the search box – whatever you prefer!
Step 4 – PAYMENT
Once the auction ends, you’ll receive the results by email. The results will show the price achieved for all your Whisky and any fees associated with selling. Talking about fees, to find out what it costs to sell just look below for our simple charging structure.
All you need to do now is wait for payment! We pride ourselves on paying seller fast. Typically, payment is complete within 2 weeks of the auction end. We guarantee payment within 21 working days.

What Does it Cost?
Our sellers' commission is set at 5%, which reduces to 0% commission on any individual whisky bottle which sells for £1,500 or more.
An entry fee of £3.00 applies to all Lots.
£5.00 per lot where a reserve price has been added.
Entry of a Group Lot (a combination of 2 or more items) is at the sole discretion of Just Whisky Limited.
20% Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied to fees, including commission, entry fees and reserve fees.
When Will I Be Paid?
At Just Whisky we pride ourselves on our fast payments to sellers! We aim to pay our sellers within 2 weeks, and we guarantee payment within 21 Business Days. Payment can be made to you via bank transfer (charges for international payments may apply), by Cheque or PayPal.
