From The Macallan, this lot includes the first edition of The Harmony collection under the name 'Rich Cacao' and the second edition named 'Fine Cacao'. Both of these bottlings have been crafted from a harmonious combination of European and American oak casks, resulting in rich single malt whiskies that pair in perfect harmony with fine chocolates for an elevated tasting experience.

The Macallan The Harmony Collection release has been inspired by the exceptional chocolate creations of Jordi Roca, pastry chef of El Celler de Can Roca, and his extraordinary journey to the source of his masterpieces. Reinvigorating and giving a second life to the discarded husks from the cacao pods has led to this innovative new packaging and becomes the inspiration for the whisky within.
