The dried fruit and sherry noted of the Tevasa Casks selected by Bob Dalgarno; the spicy ginger of the Jose Miguel Martin Casks chosen by Sommelier Josep Roca; the rich greenwood and toffee flavours of the Diego Martin Casks selected by head chef Joan Roca; and the light vanilla and citrus notes of the Vasyma American oak casks selected by pastry chef Jordi Roca come together in Edition No.2 to form rich layers of warmth and complex flavours.
