Bimber Selfridges Exclusive Cask No.544-7/67 & Gonzalez Byass Vintage 2010 Oloroso

This release from Bimber bottled exclusively for Selfridges caused quite a stir at the high end department store as deamnd went through the roof. After initial maturation in four American Ex-Bourbon cask, the whisky was then finsihed in a single 2010 Oloroso Sherry Butt from Gonzalez Byass. Bottled at 51.5%, with a yield of just 936 bottles. The label was designed by renowned Dutch artist and sculptor Eelke Van Willegen making this bottle a piece of art in its own right.

This lot also comes with another Selfridges exclusive bottle of Gonzalez Byass Oloroso 2010 Vintage, the casked used to mature this sherry were the ones used by Bimber to finish their Selfridges exclusive whisky. Only 350 bottles released.
