Dalmore 1997 - Distillery Exclusive Cask Strength 2016

A Vintage 1997 distillery exclusive from Dalmore. This expression was created by Richard Paterson to showcase the influence of exceptional ex-bourbon casks on The Dalmore to create an elegant and refined style.

Limited release has been matured by moving the whisky through three different bourbon casks, each one specifically hand-selected by Mr Paterson to bring out notes of honeys, butter and creamy caramel.
