A subterranean labyrinth steeped in history that empowers the true lifeblood of London - its people. Knightsbridge station was opened in 1906 by the Great Northern, Piccadilly, and Brampton Railway (now the Piccadilly Line). Designed by architect Leslie William Green, the platforms were originally served by four lifts, which were later replaced with escalators as part of a 1930s modernisation programme. The station serves one of London's busiest and most fashionable shopping area of London, home to the world-famous luxury department store Harrods.

    Bimber

This London based distillery was founded in 2015 and hasn’t looked back since. Gaining local, then national popularity and in 2020, a series of single cask releases specific to various countries abroad. Starting out with a small 2 still set-up, Bimber has recently expanded to meet demand. Additional wooden washbacks were installed in 2019 as well. At the heart of its success is an attention to detail; using malted floor barley and production methods to enhance the flavour of the new make spirit. An intensive cask programme ensures that Bimber works well in a variety of wooden vessels from a young age. Demand means that releases from the distillery are in short supply, with even a small batch range selling out. We can expect more Bimber in 2021 including a new series based on stations within the London Underground network.
