    This exceptional Bimber London single malt, single cask whisky release was additionally matured in a Tawny Port cask and celebrates Marble Arch station. Cask No.531/48 was bottled in September 2025 and produced only 340 individually numbered bottles, at a cask strength of 56.9%. The Spirit of the Underground Series celebrates one of the great engineering projects of the past 200 years. A subterranean labyrinth steeped in history that empowers the true lifeblood of London - its people. Marble Arch station opened in 1900 and was originally part of the Central London Railway, now known as the Central line. Named after the nearby Marble Arch monument, the station is located at the northeastern side of the Marble Arch junction. In 2019, 43 panels were installed throughout the station, detailing the rich history of the Marble Arch monument and its surrounding area.

    Bimber

    This London based distillery was founded in 2015 and hasn’t looked back since. Gaining local, then national popularity and in 2020, a series of single cask releases specific to various countries abroad. Starting out with a small 2 still set-up, Bimber has recently expanded to meet demand. Additional wooden washbacks were installed in 2019 as well. At the heart of its success is an attention to detail; using malted floor barley and production methods to enhance the flavour of the new make spirit. An intensive cask programme ensures that Bimber works well in a variety of wooden vessels from a young age. Demand means that releases from the distillery are in short supply, with even a small batch range selling out. We can expect more Bimber in 2021 including a new series based on stations within the London Underground network.
