Macallan Fine & Rich Cacao, Smooth & Intense Arabica - The Harmony Collection (4x70cl)

From The Macallan, this lot includes the first 4 editions of The Harmony collection 'Rich Cacao', 'Fine Cacao', ‘Intense Arabica’ and ‘Smooth Arabica’. The Harmony Collection is derived from the fusion of Macallan's inherent curiosity and principles of innovation and creativity. 

The first release ‘Cacao’ bottlings were inspired by the exceptional chocolate creations of Jordi Roca, pastry chef of El Celler de Can Roca, and his extraordinary journey to the source of his masterpieces. Produced with a whisky and chocolate pairing in mind. 

The second release ‘Arabica’ bottles have been inspired by the Ethiopian Arabica bean. These make for enjoying a whisky & coffee pairing experience. 

These bottlings have been crafted from a harmonious combination of European and American oak casks, resulting in rich single malt whiskies that pair in perfect harmony with fine chocolates for an elevated tasting experience. 

They are presented in innovative and distinctive packaging which has been produced sustainably by using coffee bean husks, a by-product of coffee production that would otherwise be discarded. These husks have been skillfully incorporated in not only the production of the box but also the bottle label.
