Caol Ila 15 Years Old 2006 - Finn Thompson

Distilled at the Islay distillery Caol Ila on the 16th of November 2006, this limited single-cask malt has been matured in a Bourbon cask before being re-racked in Oloroso Sherry in September 2020 to finally be bottled on July 2022 by independent bottler Finn Thompson. Only 211 bottles were drawn from the cask and all were bottled non-chill-filtered and natural colour.
