Glenfarclas 25 Years Old 1994 - The Chancellor's Cask
On the 13th of May 1994, the Right Honourable Kenneth Clarke MP (then Chancellor of the Exchequer) filled a sherry hogshead whilst visiting Glenfarclas. He returned on the cask's 25th birthday to taste the whisky and declared "It's excellent, no need to add water, bottle it as is". This exceptional bottle of Glenfarclas is one of 275 from that cask, with the original proceeds of the sale going to The Salvation Army charity.
