Bowmore Dawn - Ruby Port Cask Finished

The character of Bowmore malt whisky is due, in part, to the strict adherence to the traditional distiller's art: fine ingredients, floor malting, wood fermenting, slow distillation and long patient maturation. Following this time honoured tradition, Bowmore Dawn has spent the last period of its maturation in Ruby Port Pipes. This finishing gives a wonderful depth of colour and flavour to the whisky, without masking the unique taste for which Bowmore is renowned.
