Tomintoul 48 Years Old 1967 - Murray McDavid Mission Gold

This is a fantastic whisky from Tomintoul distillery, bottled by Murray McDavid as part of their Mission Gold range. Aged for a scarcely believable 48 years, it was matured in a Bourbon Barrel and then spent a period of maturation in a 1st Fill Bourbon Barrel before being bottled at natural cask strength.

No colouring, no chill filtration. One of 566 bottles from a two casks.
