Wolfburn Lest We Forget 2018

Wolfburn Distillery and The Carnegie Whisky Cellar have come together and produced a special bottling to commemorate the Centenary of Armistice. A total of 1918 bottles have been produced in Thurso and was available from the distillery or Carnegie Whisky Cellars in Dornoch.

For every bottle sold, Wolfburn contributed £5 to Poppyscotland and to commemorate Remembrance Sunday 2018 Just Whisky Auctions, will also be donating any commission made form this bottle to Poppyscotland.

“This is a project that we’re all very proud of – Poppyscotland is an excellent cause, and we’ve crafted a truly special dram for the occasion. It’s made from lightly peated spirit, which has been subtly married with a small proportion of whisky matured in sherry casks, so it’s a lovely mix of sweet aromas and smokey flavours. The initial reaction has been hugely positive.”
