Macallan 11 Years Old 2008 - Single Sherry Cask 21853 - Distil Your World London

Distilled at the famous Speyside distillery Macallan on the 27th of November 2008 then matured in a single European Oak Sherry Puncheon (Cask No.21853) for 11 years before being bottled on the 20th February 2020.

The cask was specially selected by The Macallan Whisky Maker Steven Bremner in collaboration with Roca Brothers of El Celler de Can Roca, a 3 Michelin Star restaurant.  Only 465 individually numbered bottles were produced at cask strength 62.9% ABV. These bottles were initially produced for exclusive sale via London on-trade and were available at selected hotels, bars, and restaurants.
