Saint Lucia 2005 Chairman's Rum - Inaugural Vintage Cask 07/10

The inaugural vintage of Chairman's Reserve is a blend of distillates from 2005 coming off the John Dore pot still and the Coffey column still. During the initial four year maturation period, the distillates are aged independently in their own casks before being blended together by their cellar master Evanius Harris, and then put back into barrel for an additional 10 years of maturation. 

Odd fact about this release: every label is bottled as number 132! This is a known labelling error.
