Glenglassaugh 1986 - The Manager's Legacy - Dod Cameron

Glenglassaugh Distillery overlooks Sandend Bay and the Moray Firth on Scotland's rugged North-East Coast. The tough marine environment has helped shape the character of this outstanding malt whisky from a distillery which has had its own fights to survive in the past.

Now re-opened and under new ownership comes a release of limited edition single cask bottlings, each one has been bottled at cask strength, without chill-filtration and with no colouring added. 

The range celebrates the achievements and influence of four distillery managers between the period 1964 to 1986. This rare bottle is a testament to the manager in charge when the spirit was distilled and filled into cask.

This is a 1986 vintage single malt, which was hand bottled at the distillery in 2010 celebrates Dod Cameron's time as the distillery manager from August 1974 - December 1986.
