Bimber Selfridges Exclusive - Gonzalez Byass Oloroso Cask Ref. 544-7/67

This release from Bimber bottled exclusively for Selfridges caused quite a stir at the high end department store as deamnd went through the roof. After initial maturation in four American Ex-Bourbon cask, the whisky was then finsihed in a single 2010 Oloroso Sherry Butt from Gonzalez Byass. Bottled at 51.5%, with a yield of just 936 bottles. The label was designed by renowned Dutch artist and sculptor Eelke Van Willegen making this bottle a piece of art in its own right.
