Bimber The Spirit of the Underground - Paddington Cask No.20

The Spirit of the Underground Series celebrates one of the great engineering projects of the past 200 years. A subterranean labyrinth steeped in history that empowers the true lifeblood of London - its people.

This exceptional single cask release drawn from a Pedro Ximenez sherry cask celebrates Paddington tube station.

Paddington Underground station features both sub-surface and deep-level platforms, opened in 1968 and 1913 respectively. Although shown on the London Underground map as a single station, Paddington is in fact two stations serving the Circle and District lines at one location and the Bakerloo line at another. The grand station is located around charming canals and serene garden squares and is also synonymous with the friendly, marmalade-loving bear of the same name.

Cask No.20 has produced only 314 individually numbered bottles, at a cask strength of 58.9%.
