Dalwhinnie Winter's Gold

A 2015 release from Dalwhinnie - Winters Gold. Crafted only using spirit distilled between October and March (Scottish Winter Time). This allows the liquid to be intensified by the Cold copper, only then can the rich, deep character unfold bringing smooth honey flavours with hints of spice and soft heather.
