Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition arose when a local craft brewer borrowed their casks to age their signature IPA, the barrels returned soaked with crisp, hoppy notes that weren't there before. Jameson then refilled these casks with their finest Irish whiskey and Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition was born.
