Bowmore 30 Years Old 1980 - The Queen's Visit
On August 9, 1980, Bowmore Distillery on Islay had the honour of a visit from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. To mark the occasion, this whisky was filled into an American Oak Hogshead by the Chairman & Co-Founder James Howat.
Bottled 30 years later on the 7th September 2011. Only 156 bottles exist and each is individually numbered.
