The Quercus is the third in a five-part range representing the Five Keystones of Highland Park -

They have called this special bottling 'Quercus', the species of oak used to make the casks used at the Highland Park Distillery. The whisky is exclusively matured in 1st Fill Sherry seasoned European oak casks, it showcases the rich flavour of fruitcake and a natural dark golden colour that characterise Highland Park.
