Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky - Inaugural Release 2017
Cotswolds single malt whisky is made in small batches using 100% floor-malted local barley. Long fermentation and double pot distillation, followed by maturation in premium oak barrels.
The inaugural release from The Cotswolds Distillery is a run of 4000 bottles using the 2013 Odyssey barley from Bradwell Grove Farm.
