Dalmore 21 Years Old - Limited Edition 2015

This Limited Edition 2015 release was initially matured in American white oak. It was then transferred into first-fill Matusalem oloroso sherry butts which were hand-selected from the famous Gonzalez Byass bodega in Jerez.

21 years of full maturation has created a full-bodied malt with aromas of Ginger cake, orange fondant, caramelised pear and brandy snaps. On the palate, you get fresh ground coffee, chocolate ganache and cinnamon apple with an Oxford marmalade, macerate cherries and soft liquorice finish.

This bottle comes encased in a side-opening presentation box, very stylish and well presented.
