Dalmore 1969 - 2011 Single Cask 3

Richard Paterson, the Master Distiller for the Highland distillery called Dalmore, has selected and bottled this single malt from Cask 3 because of its unique qualities. Matured initially in American white oak, The Dalmore 1969 was then transferred to redolent Matusalem sherry casks from the world-renowned bodegas of the Gonzalez Byass, Jerez de la Frontera for three years. It was finally returned to American white oak for a final finesse.

This seductive vintage 1969 glows with a golden warmth and rich copper highlights. Exhilarating hints of spicy hazelnuts, toffee and Seville oranges infuse the senses and then slowly gives way to inviting nuances of creamy caramel, creme brulee and tangy pineapple.

This is an outstanding vintage and one which is limited to a mere 228 bottles worldwide. Specially bottled for Ever Right F.S Corporation.
