Worthy Park Estate is a historic rum distillery located in the Lluidas Vale region of Jamaica, with roots dating back to the 17th century. After a long period of closure, it resumed full-scale rum production in 2005, making it one of Jamaica’s oldest and most important independently owned distilleries still in operation today. The estate is known for producing traditional Jamaican pot still rums made from estate-grown sugarcane and pure limestone-filtered water. Its style is typically bold and characterful, with a balance of fruitiness and Jamaican “funk” (ester-driven intensity), making it highly respected among rum enthusiasts and blenders worldwide.
