This single barrel rum from Guadeloupe was distilled at Bellevue Distillery in 2016 and aged for 8 years in a once used bourbon barrel before being bottled by independent bottler Bedford Park located in Thurso, Scotland. Bottled at a cask strength of 64.3% with only 236 bottles available.

Bellevue Distillery is a historic rum producer located on the island of Marie-Galante in Guadeloupe, with roots dating back to the 18th century. The distillery is closely associated with the production of traditional French Caribbean rhum agricole, made from fresh sugarcane juice rather than molasses. Known for its grassy, vibrant, and terroir-driven style, Bellevue produces rums that reflect the island’s rich volcanic soil and agricultural heritage. Today, it plays a key role in supplying distillate for a number of respected independent bottlers, while remaining an important part of Marie-Galante’s rum-making tradition.

How can I bid on the auctions?
