Prologue Release 2.1 is the first ever bottling of single malt spirit from the Derbyshire distillery, White Peak.
A limited release of 560 bottles (50cl) from a single STR cask (2018 #84).
Long fermentation with a unique blend of live, brewer’s yeast combine with our slow distillation to create a lightly-peated single malt spirit that’s complex, smooth and fruit forward. For Prologue Release 2.1 the spirit has been matured in cask for 24 months and bottled at 50.1% ABV.

White Peak Distillery, located in Derbyshire, England, is a craft distillery established in 2016 by husband-and-wife team Max and Claire Vaughan. Situated in the Derwent Valley Mills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the distillery occupies the former Johnson & Nephew Wire Works, honoring the region's industrial heritage while pioneering its spirits production. This setting offers not only a historical backdrop but also inspires the distillery's ethos of authenticity and craftsmanship. The distillery is best known for its Wire Works Whisky, which is Derbyshire's first single malt.
