Eden Mill Hip Flask Series 1-7 (7x20cl)

A chance to own numbers 1-7 in the Eden Mill Hip Flask Series. A progressive and pioneering range of single cask expressions which the distillers believe show the creative potential of working with different mashbills, processes and maturation techniques as well as wood types. Each special bottle comes from what they would call 'honey cask' which is one that our distilling team believe represents an outstanding example of its type. The different casks themselves will vary from Virgin American and French Oak to ex-wine casks and ex-port casks and then of course ex-sherry. The different mashbills include the use of chocolate malt, crystal malt, brown malt, peated malt and pale malt of various types.  No.1 - Pale Malt - Cask matured in French Virgin octave, one of 220 bottles.
