The Lakes Whiskymaker's Editions

The Whiskymaker’s Editions is a series of one-off releases showcasing the sense of adventure of our whiskymaker – Dhavall Gandhi.  Each Edition is an exceptional diversion from The Lakes sherry-led signature style; an expression of creative freedom, the product of a playground where instinct, experience and inspiration roam free. Volar, meaning 'to fly' in Spanish is inspired by the Cantabrian range of mountains in northern Spain. Eagles soar the thermals above the vivid green woodland and gushing rivers. Volar is simultaneously uplifting and vibrant, restrained and fragrant.
