Kanosuke 3 Years Old 2021

Distilled at the Kanosuke distillery in 2021, then matured for 3 years in a single Bourbon cask (No.21016) before being bottled under the Glover Collection range for the Tokyo Whisky Festival 2024. The cask yielded 216 bottles at 60% ABV. The Glover Collection, named after Thomas Glover—a Scottish merchant who became an influential industrialist in Japan—was created in honour of his son, Tomisaburō Kuraba, who produced 801 fish charts to commemorate his father’s legacy. Originally focused on independently bottled Scotch whiskies, the Glover Collection celebrates the enduring connection between Scotland and Japan. It has since evolved to feature independently bottled Japanese single malt whiskies as well.
