This is the fourth release in a limited six-chapter collectible series launched for the first time in Australia, paying tribute to Jack Daniel's unique production process. Chapter 4 celebrates charcoal mellowing, the process of filtering Tennessee whiskey drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal to mellow and impart Jack Daniel's distinctive smoothness. Bottled at full proof directly from single barrels as a natural, unfiltered expression with bold flavor and smooth finish at 64.5% ABV, this release comes with a bespoke sleeve. Originally an exclusive release for the Old Barrelhouse.

How can I bid on the auctions?

Why does the timer extend on a lot?
In the interest of fairness, any bids placed in the final five minutes of a particular lot will extend the end time of that Lot by 15 minutes. We believe in giving our customers a fair amount of time to increase their bid should they wish. Last second sniping isn’t in the spirit of our auctions and by using this system there is no benefit to doing so.

Once at Just Whisky, we’ll handle photography and description of your lots and enter your whisky into our auction. We take payment, then pay you within 14 days of the auction end date.
