Jack Daniel's Single Barrel

Over looking Jack Daniel's Distillery in Tennessee you would find the barrelhouses that holds the barrels, each barrel develops a slightly different character. Head Distiller jimmy Bedford tastes each whiskey and sets aside those barrels whose contents he feels have aged to perfection. The whiskey is then hand bottled, a barrel at a time, never mixing it with whiskey from other barrels.

Each bottle of this limited quantity stock has been marked with a rick number(covered by tax seal), barrel number (7-0915) and date of bottling (December 1997).
