Indri Distillery, officially known as Piccadilly Distillery, is a pioneering Indian whisky producer located in the village of Indri in Haryana, near the foothills of the Himalayas. It is best known for creating Indri-Trini: The Three Wood, one of India’s first triple wood single malts, matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, French wine, and Pedro Ximénez casks. Launched in 2021, Indri Distillery has quickly gained international recognition for its innovative approach and its ability to showcase India’s unique climate, which accelerates maturation and imparts rich, complex flavours.
