Crafted by Master Distiller Chris Fletcher, Jack Daniel’s 10 Year Old Batch 4 pays tribute to the distillery’s early 1900s expressions, refined through modern advancements in whiskey-making. Following the classic Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey recipe—80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye—this whiskey has matured across various levels of the barrelhouse. It spent several years on the upper floors before being moved to lower ricks to allow for a slower, extended aging process. Bottled at 48.5% ABV, this release benefits from sugar maple charcoal mellowing, which imparts rich aromas of caramel apple, a deep molasses flavor, and a smooth, warming finish.
