This is the First Scotch Malt Whisky Society release from what we believe to be F.E.W. Spirits, based in Chicago, Illionois, USA.
Always popular with collectors, the first release of any new distillery from SMWS usually sells out quickly, and with only 114 bottles these are now very hard to get a hold of.
Aged 3 years from spirit laid down in May 2012. The whisky was matured in a New Charred Oak Barrel and like all SMWS releases - bottled at cask strength.
