Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky

This special edition has been created from a unique vatting of Cotswolds Distillery single malt whisky made using heritage Plumage Archer barley grown at the Highgrove Estate. Aged in premium active ex-red wine and first fill bourbon casks, with notes of honey and butterscotch on the nose, tannin-rich malt and Seville orange marmalade on the palate, and a long and resinous finish with dark red fruits and a hint of treacle. This is the first batch which is limited to a total of 1000 bottles, all captured at 50% ABV.
