Woven x Civerinos Hot Honey

A limited-edition whisky-based spirit drink created by Leith whisky blender Woven in collaboration with Edinburgh pizza brand Civerinos, inspired by the latter’s hot honey drizzle. Built around a Scotch whisky base, it combines Scottish blossom honey with a house-made chilli tincture, giving a balance of toasted grain, sweetness and building chilli heat. Released in 2026, only around 340 bottles were produced. The addition of honey and chilli means it cannot legally be labelled Scotch whisky, so it is classified as a spirit drink.
