Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon
Batch No.17D1
In 1936, The Willett Distillery was founded by Thompson Willet just 3 years after Prohibition was ended, on the family farm. Production commenced the following year and barrels were matured on-site. The distillery went on to enjoy considerable success via an assortment of brands such as the Johnny Drum bourbon and Old Bardstown, since these originals they’ve also established Noah’s Mill, Kentucky Pride and Rowan’s Creek. The spotlight didn’t turn onto the Willett name until 2008 when the Family Estate Rye and Pot Still Reserve are launched. This increased presence meant that they had to invest in a visitor centre in 2011. The range has been expanded since given the boom in bourbon, which is a contrast to the 1980s when the distillery was mothballed.
