Wild Turkey Shot Glasses
The name Wild Turkey only came into existence in 1936, but the distilling on the site dates back to the 1850s and the foundation of the Austin Nichols company. The first distillery was known as Old Moore, located on what would become known as Wild Turkey Hill, but when Wild Turkey made its debut, it was from sourced whiskey. This all changed in 1971 when Austin Nichols purchased the Boulevard distillery and immediately renamed it Wild Turkey. Now in charge of its own destiny, the brand grew under the guidance of master distiller, Jimmy Russell; who would be selling its wares even during the darkest days of the bourbon slump. The distillery and brand was purchased by Campari in 2009 for $575 million. Since then, the site and brand have received overdue investment to modernise and offer new visitor facilities. A new range of Wild Turkey releases continues to showcase a great American bourbon.
