Widow Jane bourbon is a pot still whiskey crafted in Brooklyn, New York, using exclusively non-GMO grains. This particular expression features a mash bill composed of 70% non-GMO Wapsie Valley corn, paired with 15% malt and 15% rye. The spirit has undergone a four-year maturation process before being bottled at 45.5% alcohol by volume.

Once at Just Whisky, we’ll handle photography and description of your lots and enter your whisky into our auction. We take payment, then pay you within 14 days of the auction end date.
