Release early 2024, this interesting bottle of Wire Works single malt from the English distillery White Peak is called Up'ards. Part of a horizontal bottling of two ex-red wine casks, filled in the same month but matured in upper and lower dunnages, this impacting the temperature, humidty and air flow the casks are exposed to.
The Up-ards cask 2019-085 is am Ex-Red Wine STR cask (American Oak with French Oak heads) Level 2 Char. Bottled at 52.7% ABV.
