From White Peak Distillery, following on from the inaugural, their 2nd release - Over Smoke - is a limited release of 987 bottles for 2022. The three STR casks selected for this release have all been through an extra process of ‘Re-charred Extra Smoke'. Over Smoke has been fully matured in these casks and bottled without chill-filtration or colouring at natural cask strength of 53.1% ABV.

White Peak Distillery, located in Derbyshire, England, is a craft distillery established in 2016 by husband-and-wife team Max and Claire Vaughan. Situated in the Derwent Valley Mills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the distillery occupies the former Johnson & Nephew Wire Works, honoring the region's industrial heritage while pioneering its spirits production. This setting offers not only a historical backdrop but also inspires the distillery's ethos of authenticity and craftsmanship. The distillery is best known for its Wire Works Whisky, which is Derbyshire's first single malt.
