An exclusive bottling from White Peak Distillery. Derbyshire's first single malt whisky. Lightly peated spirit matured in American oak ex-bourbon. Character and flavour created through long fermentation, live yeast sourced from a local brewery, and slow distillation on their bespoke copper pot stills.
Bottled exclusively for the Temperance Club, White Peak's own loyalty or 'Founders' club. This is the 4th release of a 10-edition series.

White Peak Distillery, located in Derbyshire, England, is a craft distillery established in 2016 by husband-and-wife team Max and Claire Vaughan. Situated in the Derwent Valley Mills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the distillery occupies the former Johnson & Nephew Wire Works, honoring the region's industrial heritage while pioneering its spirits production. This setting offers not only a historical backdrop but also inspires the distillery's ethos of authenticity and craftsmanship. The distillery is best known for its Wire Works Whisky, which is Derbyshire's first single malt.
