Rare and very sought after, WhistlePig 11 Year Old Straight Rye Whiskey is made with an excellent quality rye whisky from Canada which is matured and bottled at WhistlePig Farm in Vermont. For this special release, it was bottled at 111° proof, making for an intense, classically-spicy rye flavour profile.
