    Founded in 2015, in the town of the same name. Waterford is the new enterprise from Mark Reynier after he was ousted from the Bruichladdich distillery. The concept is terroir and proving that grain from specific farms can influence the final whisky. It’s this journey that forms the central premise of the distillery and their Haig Club inspired blue bottles. The jury is still out, as while a huge assortment of farms have been released, the implementation of various cask types and styles of wood have diminished or even hidden the effects of terroir for many onlookers. While there has been a rush to bottle young, perhaps more time is needed with Waterford to truly appreciate, or even debate, the effects that they believe exist in whisky production.

    The first step is to get your whisky to us. We can help with courier collections, or you can arrange transport yourself. Once at Just Whisky, we’ll handle photography and description of your lots and enter your whisky into our auction. We take payment, then pay you within 14 days of the auction end date.
