Villa de Varda Grappa 12 Gran Reserva

Grappa Gran Riserva 12 Generazioni is the result of collaboration between two long-established distilling families: the Dolzan family of Trentino, with six generations of grappa production, and the Grant family of Speyside, also with six generations of Scotch whisky distilling. This limited-edition grappa is produced from 100% Pinot Noir grape skins sourced in Trentino. The pomace is gently pressed and distilled immediately after racking using the de Varda method. It is matured for several years in oak, acacia, and cherry wood casks, before a final finishing period in oak casks previously used to mature Glenfarclas whisky.
