About this bottle
Distilled at the Danish Thornæs distillery using 100% local barley, and filled into Bourbon & Sherry casks on the 15th of September 2020, all of which were 50 - 55 Litres in size. These smaller casks have increased the interaction between the spirit and cask.
This is the 2nd release from the distillery, which is limited to 440 bottles which have all been bottled at 50.5% ABV.
