The Thompson Bros (from Dornoch Distillery) Mystery Malt Series No. 2 is the 2nd batch of an innovative independent bottling concept launched in 2024/2025, designed to add an element of surprise to single malt Scotch whisky purchases. Each bottle is presented in opaque black glass with a uniform label, bottled at 48.5% ABV. The distillery name and age are concealed under the capsule seal and on a cork sticker, revealed only upon opening.
